We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned damaged/used will be assessed restocking fees. Expedited shipping charges for discretionary returns will not be refunded. This means a return for any reason that is not the fault of the seller. This includes packages returned due to incomplete/bad addresses, item doesn’t fit, don’t like, no longer need, etc.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check the order right after receiving it, and write us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you happen to get the wrong item, in order to enable us evaluate the problem and sort it without any delay.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order — for the size required — and turn in the return request for the original item. If the exchange doesn’t have tight time constraint, send us an email and we will release a label for the return of the original item. When it arrives back in our store which should be soon we will then ship out the new size and send you the new tracking number for the new size.

Refunds

Informed you in once we have done the inspection and receive your return, and notified you whether the refund process was approved or not. If this application is selected, you will be automatically credited for the original amount you paid on the given payment method in the next 10 business days. You should acknowledge that the bank may not instantly process and “post” the cashback as well.
